We are now looking for a Product Manager to join a team who works close to our core business within our business area SMB (Small & Medium Businesses). You will be a part of a team within an area called Workplace at Dustin who manages several business-critical product areas such as PC, display, phones, and PC accessories. You will collaborate with dedicated and engaged colleagues within pricing, category, purchasing and product for the Nordics and Benelux.

About the position

In the role as Product Manager, you will be commercially responsible for specific products within Workplace on both a regional and group level. You will also be part of the developing and creating profitability for the whole category area in the Netherlands. You will drive the assortment and Go-to market based on a clear strategy for the category area.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving your own product area on both regional and group level (Nordic & Benelux)
• Driving growth by developing an attractive offering to our customers regarding assortment, pricing, promotion, and conceptualisation
• Negotiations on product investments and assortment
• Cross-functional collaboration with representatives within Category, Pricing and Marketing
• Budget responsibility and follow-ups on Marcom Income

What you bring

To be successful we also believe you bring the following:

• A couple years of experience working in a similar role
• Experience from the IT industry or consumer electronics working with hardware products
• Understanding of how to acquire customer insights and incorporate those into the business
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Comfortable communicating in Dutch and English in both speech and writing. English is our corporate language.
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX is merited
