As Product Manager for Workplace, you'll join a team of four other colleagues in Workplace with a “Win as a Team” mindset. The team is dedicated and committed to their responsibilities, and there is freedom to try new things and reach your well-defined goals.

You'll get the opportunity to work closely with our core business within SMB (Small & Medium Business), focusing on category, product, pricing, and purchase across the Nordics and Benelux markets and across industries.

What does a Product Manager do at Dustin?

As a Product Manager, you will have the freedom to drive our Workplace such as computers, keyboards, displays, and phones, the Go-to-market strategies, and growth based on a clear strategy for the category area. You will get the chance to work with many different products and build valuable relationships with vendors.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing your own product area at group level (Nordics & Benelux)
• Driving growth by developing attractive offers for our customers with regard to assortment, pricing, promotion and conceptualisation
• Negotiating product investments and assortment
• Cross-functional cooperation with representatives within Category, Pricing and Marketing
• Budget responsibility and follow-up of Marcom revenues

What you bring
To succeed in this role, we are looking for you, who enjoys working in a team and is energised by a can-do mentality and a growth mindset. With your strategic and analytic mindset, you value the importance of making decisions based on data and customer insights.
To be successful, we also believe you will bring the following:

• Previous experience working with hardware products in a similar role
• Experience in the IT/consumer electronics sector in The Netherlands/Benelux
• Interest and knowledge of customer insights and analysis
• Must be comfortable speaking, writing and reading both Dutch and English in a professional context
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
