Your role & influence as a ConnectWise Specialist

Responsibility: You'll be at the helm of ensuring optimum functionality within ConnectWise and will play a critical role in shaping its roadmap activities.

Collaboration: In tandem with your team, you're entrusted with fortifying Dustin's position in the market. Your collaborations span beyond the immediate team, interfacing closely with the business, our Manage Service department, but also with other technical experts or system developers at Dustin. You will nurture and leverage the close partnership with the supplier for CW.

Core activities: Key tasks that you'll be engaged in include

1. Utilize deep technical knowledge of ConnectWise for business support and improvement, focusing on automated processes for scalability, including configuration, patch updates, and tooling for report generation.
   
2. Lead development projects to enhance Dustin’s service platform, and engage in pre-studies for integrating new entities.
   
3. Conduct training for super users while ensuring the dissemination of crucial system information.

Who we hope you are

We envision our ideal ConnectWise Specialist as someone who combines technical expertise with curiosity, eager to optimize processes and bridge the gap between IT and business needs. What's also important:

• Bachelor's level educated with expiernce in system management, ideally from a professional service application
• Skilled in translating business needs to software development
• Fluent in Dutch and English and available for 36 hours weekly
