We are now looking for a new employee in our Managed Services department. In the role of Service Support Coordinator, you work as a link between the various departments. This is to facilitate all customer information, agreements and correct invoicing to all our service customers. You will work in an internal support role that will provide the necessary updates in our systems, and provide guidance and support to nearby departments.
The team you will be a part of has a "Win As A Team" focus which is one of Dustin's most important values. As the manager of the department, I know that good cooperation and a common structure are essential for us to succeed. You must ensure that the tasks are performed in accordance with established instructions, and provide feedback for improvements in the work process.

About the position
You'll be responsible for crafting agreements with both new and current customers. Dive into the invoicing process alongside your team, ensuring a smooth financial workflow. Keep a watchful eye on customer details and agreements, maintaining a comprehensive database. Collaborate with neighboring departments to collectively enhance the overall customer experience of our services.
