Your role & influence as E-commerce Manager
You will be given responsibility for the online sales via Dustin.xx from all our segments and markets. You will make use of the available capabilities of the E-commerce platform and will give input to new developments. In this role you focus on online merchandising activities to drive sales here and now, as well as building long term customer relationships to increase customer loyalty.
Together with your team, you take care of driving online sales and customer engagement for Dustin.com. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Offering, Digital Product Management, Marketing, and Relation Sales departments to align strategies and maximise commercial impact.
Core activities:
- Drive commercial results – Develop and execute commercial plans to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage full-circle e-commerce – Oversee customer interactions across the entire journey, with a strong focus on online merchandising.
- Leverage data for impact – Use sales and customer data to optimise performance, drive strategic decisions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Additionally, it's important that you have
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with a strong commercial background and at least three years of experience in e-commerce.
- Possess leadership skills without requiring direct staff management experience.
- Are confident working with data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Are a strategic thinker who can translate strategy into execution.
- Are a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Have excellent command of English, with proficiency in one of the local languages being a strong advantage.
