Your role & influence as Head of Stategy & PMO
Responsibility: You will have the responsibility for updating and operationalising the company strategy, and for leading our PMO including designing and implementing a new PMO framework that ensures strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.
Collaboration: The role requires collaboration across all Dustin. Together with your team of two project managers, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team as well as key contacts in each business area, including strategic partners in IT.
Core activities:
- Develop and translate the long-term strategy into clear roadmaps and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Drive process for execution of key strategic initiatives, with a focus on transformation, optimisation, to make sure we deliver the expected results
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PMO, ensuring structured project delivery and governance
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across the wider organisation
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

For this role specific you can expect:
- You will receive €0.26 per kilometre travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who proactively navigates complex challenges, demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and people management skills, and relentlessly pursues impactful results.
Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with strategic planning and execution and a proven track record in driving cross-functional projects, and managing change effectively. Experience with leading a PMO is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leadership and IT
- Technical skills including familiarity with financial systems, project management methodologies, and data visualization tools
- You are based in Stockholm or near Nijmegen
