Your role & influence as Credit Control and Accounts Receivable Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control function across the Benelux, guiding the team toward operational excellence and driving a continuous reduction in overdue invoices.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of managing the accounts receivable and collection process, enforcing credit policies, and stepping in operationally when needed in exceptional cases. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Financial Control and Sales departments to ensure alignment and drive results.

For this role specific you can expect:
- You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation
- Home working allowance of €2,35 per work-at-home day, paid monthly

Additionally, it’s important that:
- You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking (e.g. in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field)
- You have experience as a manager in a financial environment
- You bring solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with credit control and accounts receivable processes
- You possess strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
