My name is Danny van Haften, Team Manager- Customer Service. I am the Hiring Manager for Customer Service. As a leader, I motivate my team to bring out the best in themselves and provide the outstanding customer service that our customers deserve.
At Dustin, teamwork is at the heart of our Customer Support department. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, procurement, and the warehouse to deliver seamless service. Our strong team spirit ensures that no challenge is faced alone, and everyone contributes to achieving the best results for our customers.
Your role & influence as Customer Service Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of providing customers with the service they deserve. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like sales, procurement, and our warehouse.

Additionally, you bring:
- A solid background in customer service and direct customer contact.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure (customer service experience is a plus)
