Role specific part

This part is one of the most important parts to help us write an appealing job ad! So please make sure to take your time for this. We need three Unique Selling Points for the role specific. Not the selling points of Dustin’s culture, your team or our secondary benefits. Specify it to the role itself! You don’t have to write the whole sentence. We just need the input to make it an appealing sentence.
For example:
Role: Corporate Recruiter
You write these USP’s:
- Shaping employer image, responsible for employer branding
- We work data-driven in the recruitment department
- Take lead in Diversity and inclusion plan for our organization
We’ll change this into:
- Play a crucial role in shaping our employer image. As an ambassador for our company, you are responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for candidates.
- Leverage recruitment data to develop proactive strategies that not only allow us to recruit more efficiently, but also increase the quality of our new team members.
- Take the lead in developing and implementing initiatives that contribute to a diverse work environment. Collaborate with diverse talent and provide an inclusive recruitment approach that reflects the strength of diversity in our organization.
-
This is one of the other, very important parts about writing a successful job ad. This part is about the atmosphere in the team. We want to add this piece to make it more personal and to be able to talk more about the atmosphere in the team. Look at the example in the image.
For example:
Role: Corporate Recruiter
You write: Aerin always takes notes of funny Dutch and Belgium words that have different meanings in each country. We have a lot of fun because of this.
We’ll change it into:
Our Belgian colleague Aerin has stepped up as official note taker of the different meanings of Dutch and Belgian words and proverbs that come up during our Team Meetings. This regularly produces hilarious moments.
-
Please fill in this sentence by copy-pasting it in the blok and adding your input. Once again, you don't have to write it down in an appealing way, we'll take care of that. We only need the keywords to make this part a nice personal touch in the job ad!
For example:

You write: My name is Titus Hessel Welin. I'm the Recruitment Manager. As a leader I think it is imporant to be flexible and present. I think it is important to give my colleagues trust and freedom. You can always count on me to talk about the weekend for example by fishing and hunting activities.
We’ll change it into:
